In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where individual game rules specifically address the point of conflict.

v555 reserves the right to void any wager or series of wagers where:

• A technical malfunction or software error has materially affected the outcome of a game or the display of odds;
• A manifest pricing error has been published on a sports market and the player has placed wagers at the erroneous price;
• Evidence suggests that the outcome of an event was manipulated or that the player had access to material non-public information at the time of wagering;
• The wager was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or the applicable game or sport rules;
• A regulatory or licensing authority has directed that such wagers be voided.

Where a wager is voided by v555, the stake amount will be returned to the player's v555 wallet. Winnings associated with a voided wager will not be paid. v555's decision on wager voidance is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described under Clause 16.

v555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Players may request the closure of their own v555 account at any time by contacting v555 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in the player's wallet will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights or obligations in a significant way — v555 will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.
